New clients who are interested in recurring walks will receive a 20% discount for their first week!

Description of Services and Discounts:

​

Recurring monthly or semi-monthly packages: Include daily weekday walks (Monday through Friday) and are eligible for a 10% discount if there are 4 or more walks needed during the weekdays. See pricing above.

Refer a friend: Refer a friend and receive one free 30 minute walk credited to your account after the completion of their first walk!

Cancellation Policy:

​

> 24 hours notice: full credit returned

​

< 24 hours notice: during work hours(M-F, 10am-4pm) full charge, however, you may use up to 2 cancelled walks per calendar month at a different time. I don't want you to miss out on those walks you've paid for, but I do have to be mindful of how same day cancellations change my schedule for my clients.

​

< 24 hours notice: during OFF hours (outside M-F, 10am-4pm) no refund and no reschedule available. Please understand I have likely already moved my schedule around to accommodate your pup's walk and it is within reason to still charge for the full price of that walk. If you need to move it to earlier/later I am happy to work with you as long as my schedule permits.

 

If I have to cancel you receive a FULL refund.

 

Payment Policy:

I prefer payments be sent through Venmo, Paypal, Zelle, or Cash/Check.

Monthly recurring walks can be paid on a biweekly or monthly basis, but are due one day before the start of services.

​

All other walks are due either the day before (if paying electronically) or the day of (if paying in cash or via check).
